tattoos aren't permanent, you can get them removed. and if she got her hair cut or got a tan, then that would "alter her appearance and the impression of anyone looking at her" as well. girls change their appearance in lots of ways; they can dye their hair, or shave their pussy, or put on tons of makeup, or even just lose weight. you don't complain about any of those things. why do you put so much emphasis on tattoos? honestly, most people don't care.
